Tested Marketing provides AI automation services, including but not limited to database reactivation, speed-to-lead bots, out-of-hours bots, and review management systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. Communication & SMS (A2P) Policies

By providing your contact information, including your mobile phone number, you consent to receive communications from us, including via email, phone calls, and SMS text messages.

• Consent: You acknowledge that entering your phone number constitutes your signature and agreement to receive SMS messages from Tested Marketing.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tested Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
